Wheels Up North – Winter Exclusives – Motorbike Charity Evening
PLEASE READ! Our first bike-only meet-up, and the second event in our Winter Exclusives series. Join us for an evening of bikes, food/drink and a great atmosphere, raising money for Derian House.
PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU OWN A MOTORBIKE, TRIKE, SIDECAR OR SIMILAR. (We will have separate meets for other vehicle types over the coming months)
This event is not for the general public unfortunately due to space and lack of local parking.

Entry is £2.00 per vehicle – All profits go to Derian House Charity.
Extra donations can be made when purchasing tickets and will also be collected by marshalls on the evening.
Please grab a ticket in advance if possible or have the cash ready to go at the gate.
The entry fee is per vehicle NOT per person!
Vehicle registration numbers/names will be checked by marshals on entry against your pre-booking.
Vehicles will be directed to their parking spaces by marshals.

Please keep the noise of vehicles to a minimum.
Police will likely be in the area monitoring people leaving and entering the event.
Opening times: The gates open at 5:30pm and everyone will be off the site by 8:30pm.
Tents and overnight camping is NOT allowed.
The on site facilities will be serving lovely food and hot drinks.
Please clear all litter using the bins provided.
Dogs are permitted but MUST be on leads, please clear up any mess!
Should the event be canceled for any reason, tickets will be carried forward to the next event and we will let you know via email.

Born out of a passion for anything with an engine, Wheels Up North is a place where enthusiasts and their families can come and enjoy a turely relaxed atmosphere whilst speaking with others and making some new friends.
We aim to put on regular events/meets throughout the year and want to bring together a variety of vehicles. From supercars to classics and everything between.
Our events aren’t just about the vehicles though, the people make it what it is, therefore we aim to serve you some of the best street food and drinks to help you enjoy yourself along with some interesting partners and traders to speak to.
The main goal is to create an amazing, friendly community of people that love to bring their vehicles to us and share their passion for wheels.
